Our Chef has been a member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises since 2004, having honed his art alongside great Michelin-starred chefs and in the Elysée kitchens. His wife, the sommelier, has worked in many prestigious Lyon establishments, and is his perfect ally in the dining-room. They both wished to live in the countryside, near a city, and the Hostellerie La Ferme Du Poulet proved a perfect setting. They will be delighted to welcome you to this sumptuous place.
