New two-room apartment, 4th floor with lift in the village of Marola composed of: living-kitchen area with double sofa bed, double bedroom with small terrace with panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets, bathroom and laundry area.
From all windows you can see an excellent view of the sea-city.
Near the house there are: mini-market, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, bar-tabac, pub.
From the house, excursions on foot to Portovenere, 5 Terre, Tramonti, Campiglia.
Marola is a traditional Ligurian village, with its characteristic "carugio" and the Napoleonic road that leads to Portovenere and other small villages (Cadimare, Fezzano and Le Grazie).
In addition, the town of Marola is in a strategic area for hiking, given its proximity to the main paths of Eastern Liguria.
Many hikes are also possible departing directly from the village of Marola following the easily passable paths thanks to which you can reach Portovenere, Riomaggiore, Tramonti, Campiglia and the 5 Terre enjoying a breathtaking view.
Below the house is the bus stop that leads to Portovenere (every 30 minutes) and the stop for La Spezia (every 15 minutes) is about 50 meters away.
The 5 Terre are accessible both by car (but beware, on-site parking is a problem and expensive) and by train. The 5 Terre are more easily and quickly accessible by train in 10 minutes (departure from Central Station - possibility of buying a day pass).
The apartment is only 4 km from the city center, 5 km from the piers for the islands, 10 km from Portovenere, 4.5 km from the train station to reach the 5 Terre.

"Très bel appartement"
Nous somme très content d avoir séjourné dans cet appartement ,très propre et fonctionnel avec vue sur mer. les propriétaires sont géniaux avec toutes les informations données afin de visiter et profiter au mieux de notre séjour,Antonio un véritable "point info" avec documentation.
Bus en dessous de l appart et à 3 arrêts de la gare et du port (5 terres)
Petite supérette en bas de l appart pour les petits oubli.
Vraiment super,on recommande sans hésitation et si nous devrions revenir... ce sera dans ce logement.
