We will be present upon your arrival.

We will meet near your reserved parking area.
I will send you the address the day before your arrival.

We remind guests to provide valid identity documents at the time of check-in.
Upon arrival, a lease agreement must be signed (in ITALY it is MANDATORY)
ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE BOOKED ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE APARTMENT.
THE ENTRY OF OTHER PEOPLE MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THE OWNER OF THE APARTMENT.
THE PRESENCE OF UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE INSIDE THE APARTMENT WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION AND REPORTING TO THE POLICE AUTHORITY.

-Please do not make noise especially after 9 pm.
- For the internet connection, the password will be found on the device and it is recommended not to use the connection for purposes prohibited by law and not to download films, music, etc.
-At every change of guest the apartment is sanitized with ozone and sanitizing products
-When leaving the apartment, turn off: heating and / or air conditioners
Also, please leave the apartment as tidy as it was originally found.
