The house has a 15 m² terrace and garden furniture (table with 4 chairs, parasol, two deckchairs) as well as an enclosed garden.
It is located in the Résidence des Iles co-ownership and offers a shared, covered and heated swimming pool, a playground, a pétanque court and a designated parking space.
Close to the town center (local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, creperies, bars, shops) to the port (sale of fishing products upon return of boats) and to the pier (starting point for the islands and excursions in sea).
Local market on Tuesday mornings 12 minutes walk away.
The kitchen is equipped (a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer) and opens onto the living/dining room (table and 4 chairs).
The living room has a convertible corner sofa (extra bed for 2 people), a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
The bedroom offers a comfortable 160 cm bed and the bathroom is adjoining (shower and vanity basin).
Separate WC.
Free WIFI.
The laundry room is shared: washing machine and dryer accessible with a coin operated device.
Only one small animal will be accepted, please inform us when booking.

Tourist town: its old streets, its fishing and marina port, its estuary and its beaches nearby.
Since the 19th century, the port has been famous for lobster and crab fishing. It is from the tip of Kermorvan that the view of Le Conquet and the Molène archipelago is the prettiest.
In the evening, the sparkle of headlights in the distance is full of charm.
Discover Pointe Saint Mathieu, its steep cliffs swept by the winds and the sea, an imposing lighthouse which watches over the ruins of an ancient abbey... Here, the charm operates.
Pointe Saint-Mathieu seems to be a concentrate of Brittany. A stone's throw away, the port of Conquet provides access to the islands of Ouessant and Molène.
In Plougonvelin, the small town gives its stamp of authenticity to the beautiful family resort.
