Situated alongside the coast in North York Moors National Park, YHA Boggle Hole is next to a bay that was once an infamous smuggler’s cove. The property is set over 2 buildings, including an old mill and there are picnic areas and a courtyard. Guests can search for fossils along the beach, and have fun exploring the rock pools for aquatic life. The charming fishing village of Robin Hood’s Bay is just 10 minutes’ drive away. YHA Boggle Hole has a peaceful garden and a lounge for guests to relax in. Free private parking is possible on site, and Wi-Fi is also available. Some rooms are set in the Crow's Nest, which is on the hillside and offers great valley views. The historic Whitby Bay is just 20 minutes away by car. Guests can enjoy world-famous fish and chips at Harry Ramsdens in Scarborough, 30 minutes’ drive away. The majority of rooms contain bunk beds.
YHA cannot accept bookings for 16 people or more. Any such bookings will be cancelled by YHA.
The maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive nights. Following any stay of 14 nights, guests may not stay in any YHA accommodation for at least seven nights.
The ID must match the name and address on the booking. Where a booking is for more than one person, the named person on the booking will need to provide proof of identify that matches the name and address on the booking. ID will also be requested from all other adult guests. These IDs must match the name they sign in with at check in.
