Housed in the oldest remaining house in Meudon, owned by Ambroise Paré in the sixteenth century and Armande Béjart, Molière's widow, in the seventeenth century, the Museum of Art and History is devoted to the evocation of the art of the second half of the twentieth century and the history of Meudon and its inhabitants. The house, listed building in 1891, has undergone a complete restoration from 1981 to 1991.
