A 11 km from Gray, Saint-Loup-Nantouard has on its common example of a family owned largely rebuilt in the nineteenth century. The center of a beautiful park of 60 hectares, the castle of Saint-Loup is an interesting place to visit and a pleasant hiking destination.
The original stronghold founded in the thirteenth century by the lord of Saint-Loup, whose moats are still visible, the castle has undergone moult transformations over the centuries, the most important phase dates from the early nineteenth century when he belonged to Baron Klinglin.
