Benedictine abbey rebuilt in the seventeenth and eighteenth century, the site of an ancient abbey founded in 590 by Saint Columba. The cloisters were rebuilt in the fifteenth century.
They served as a covered market in the Revolution. They keep three of the four galleries of red sandstone: a bay with three bays topped by an oculus back to the thirteenth century.
The others were rebuilt in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. Today it is a hostel and a school (beautiful rooms remarkable seventeenth and eighteenth centuries).
