В стоимость проживания не включены обязательные сборы, в том числе плата за постельное белье для каждого гостя, посуточный туристический налог с каждого гостя и другие.
Плата за постельное белье составляет 12 евро за 14 дней. По истечении 14 дней производится смена постельного белья за дополнительную плату в размере 12 евро.
Поздняя регистрация заезда после 17:00 возможна только по запросу. Если вы планируете прибыть после 17:00, заранее свяжитесь с администрацией комплекса.
По запросу и за отдельную плату предоставляются:
- дополнительное постельное белье (сверх обязательного) — 12 евро за комплект;
- комплект полотенец — 4 евро;
- комплект кухонных полотенец — 4 евро;
- пользование кондиционером — 10 евро в сутки;
- детская мебель, в том числе кроватка (не включая постельное белье), стульчик для кормления, манеж — 2,5 евро за каждый предмет в сутки;
- защитное ограждение для детей (предоставляется бесплатно по предварительному запросу);
- поздняя регистрация отъезда до 16:00 (в зависимости от наличия возможности) — 50 евро;
- внесение изменений в бронирование — 10 евро;
- размещение с домашним животным: 7,50 евро за питомца за ночь.
Можно выбрать конкретное шале, шале в определенной части парка или шале в котором не допускаются животные. За эту услугу взимается дополнительная плата в размере 15 евро.
В случае корпоративного бронирования потребуется внести предоплату в размере от 100 до 200 евро.
В соответствии с требованием местных органов власти комплекс предназначен только для отдыха.
