Located at the foot of the royal Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat, the Pollock Estate campus offers bed and breakfast accommodation during the University of Edinburgh's summer vacation.
Each room on the campus features a free Wi-Fi, and shared laundry and pantry facilities. Some rooms also offer a TV and a safety deposit box. Linen and towels are provided in all the rooms.
Pollock Estate is just 1.5 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the historic Old Town, where guests can find the Royal Mile, the hub for many of Edinburgh’s festivals.
In the mornings, an extensive breakfast is offered in the self-service restaurant at John McIntyre Conference Centre. This is just 5 minutes’ walk from the rooms.
Further local amenities include a general shop and a dedicated 24-hour reception centre.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment. Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
