A deposit of GBP 50 per person is required upon check-in (only children of up to 15 years old are exempt). This deposit will be charged with no exceptions with a single transaction to cover all guests to the credit/debit card provided at the time of the booking.
The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage, guest misconduct, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities.
Please note that twin beds are available for extra guests. The property can provide an alternative bed arrangement on request.
The guest hereby gives consent to the property to apply to the guest’s credit/debit card all reasonable charges incurred which may not be covered by the security deposit.
If the security deposit is paid in cash, it will be refunded upon departure, after a representative of Staycity has checked the condition of the apartment.
Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take 3-10 working days however, some banks do take longer.

Guests are advised the same credit card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.
