Este encantador hostel é composto por 2 barcos atracados no Rio Spree no centro de Berlim. Encontra-se situado no meio das vibrantes áreas de Friedrichshain e Kreuzberg, apenas a 10 metros das ruínas do Muro de Berlim. O Eastern Comfort Hostel Boat possui quartos camarote acolhedores com casas de banho privativas, e um espaçoso deque com excelentes vistas para a Ponte de Oberbaum. O Western Comfort Hostel Boat dispõe de camarotes acessíveis com casas de banho partilhadas. Inclui um terraço no piso superior com uma parte reservada para os hóspedes que acomodados em tendas. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar de uma bebida no deque do Floating Lounge no Verão, ou junto à lareira no Inverno. O aquecimento central permite aos hóspedes permanecer a bordo durante todo o ano. A principal recepção, sala de pequeno-almoço e o lounge encontram-se no Barco Eastern Comfort. Diariamente é servido um rico buffet de pequeno-almoço mediante um custo adicional. Também e realizada uma festa de idiomas a cada quarta-feira, gratuita para os hóspedes do hostel. Friedrichshain dispõe de muitos bares e clubes, localizados a poucos passos do Eastern Comfort Hostel. A Estação de Comboio Urbano (s-bahn) Warschauer Straße fica apenas a 10 minutos a pé do hostel.
