Group and Longstay Policy:
Bookings under the same name and dates, requiring more than 5 rooms or over 10 people, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.
Bookings under the same name and dates extending beyond 14 days, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is non-refundable.
The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance. If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.
Please note that all guests must be 18 years of age or older. All guests staying in dorms should provide us Passport as ID.
For guests staying in dormitories, there is a fee of 6 AUD per towel.
