Reception is closed every Tuesday. On that day, you can go to the Tourmalet Residence reception located 150 metres away.
During Summer season opening hours are:
Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00
Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00
Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00
For stays of 6 nights or less, check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. For all other stays check in is from 17:00 and check out is until 10:00.
