Villa d'Este is situated in the heart of Arcachon, just 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the town centre. It offers luxurious apartments with balconies or terraces. The apartments at the Villa d'Este are spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. Each has a living area with sofa bed and TV with satellite channels. Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque. This amount will be released on your account a few days after check-out or the cheque will be returned by post within 30 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.
Optional services to be paid on site:
- bed linen rental: EUR 15 per person per week
- towels rental: EUR 9 per person per week
- end-of-stay cleaning: EUR 90
- baby bed: EUR 30 per week
- baby high chair: EUR 25 per week
- baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 50 per week
A changing mat, baby bath and bottle warmer are available for free upon prior request and subject to availability.
Electricity is charged as an additional cost, except from 25 March to 04 November 2017.
For the two-bedroom house, a EUR 40 electricity fee applies.
For the three-bedroom house, a EUR 50 electricity fee applies.
For the four-bedroom house, a EUR 60 electricity fee applies.
