In our cosy pine restaurant, you can enjoy the excellent dishes of our traditional Gilde cuisine. We particularly recommend our specialities from organic highland beef from the region. In addition, on Wednesdays (except during the game season) we offer an outstanding fish menu and, depending on the season, we spoil our guests with delicacies hunters and gatherers garner from our wonderful nature.

The dishes are accompanied by our award-winning wine list. We attach great importance to being able to offer our guests a carefelly crafted wide selection. Our wine cellar is cared for and managed with dedication, it offers a fine selection of fine wines. We also offer our guests free parking spaces and a lockable garage for vintage cars and motorbikes (limited spaces). A lockable ski and bicycle room is also available. For environmentally conscious travellers, we have set up a charging station for e-cars. Please note that we only have one charging station. If you wish to charge your electric vehicle, we recommend that you indicate this when making the reservation so that we can guarantee you the appropriate service.
