If you intend to arrive later than this time, please amend the arrival date of your booking. Please note that cancellation, guarantee, and/or deposit policies will be applied as per the terms and conditions of your booking.
Check- out:
Hotel standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon so that we can prepare the room for guests who will be checking into the same room at 15:00. If you require late check out, please see the below:
- From 12:00 to 13:00: as a gesture of goodwill from the hotel to our valued guests, it will be complimentary.
- From 13:00 to 18:00: 50% off the applicable one-night rate.
- From 18:00 onward: the applicable rate of the night on that day will be charged.
The above cannot be booked in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to the Front Desk team early on the departure date or one day before to check the availability.
Deposit upon check-in:
For the deposit, full room charges will be collected upon arrival if it is not collected before arrival through a third party or if the booking was not prepaid. No extra deposit will be collected for incidentals.
