Please note that starting from 1st April Auschwitz & Birkenau museum will change booking rules. One of the most important changes is the introduction of personal Entry Cards that is why we advise to book tour at least 2-3 weeks before arrival as buying tickets at the reception on arrival day will not be possible. The Auschwitz Museum requires guest list much earlier that is why prebooking is necessary.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
