Surrounded by a large garden, the charming Villa Talheim enjoys a quiet and idyllic location, 100 metres from the centre of Mallnitz. Wi-Fi and parking are available for free.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a microwave. Moreover, each apartment also has a balcony and comes equipped with a satellite TV and a DVD player. The interior of the Villa Talheim is styled with love for detail, featuring various period pieces of furniture.

The Ankogel Ski Area is a 5-minute drive away and 30 km of cross-country skiing tracks can be found in the surroundings of Mallnitz. Ski rental and ski schools are available there as well. Ski equipment can be stored in a separate room at the villa.

Fresh bread rolls from the local bakery can be delivered to your apartment every morning and half-board is available on request in the neighbouring restaurant.

You enjoy free access to the local public indoor swimming pool and sauna. From 1 May to 31 October, guests can purchase the Kärnten Card on site, entitling them to free admissions at more than 100 attractions in the area, including the Großglockner High Alpine Road.

The owner offers mountain-air training for amateur and professional runners on various tracks around Mallnitz.
