The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.

The healing TEUCO Hydromassage and Ion tub can only be used as per instructions which can be found in the bathroom and by one person at a time. Please remember that the use of any personal products is prohibited. All the specific products will be provided exclusively by us during the preparation of the tub. Any damage will be charged.

The kitchen on the first floor adjacent to the living room and the garden must not be used for cooking or preparing food as it is only used for the preparation of breakfast by the staff.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
