Located in a quiet residential area and without-issue. For quads and joggers, many opportunities for springing and testing.
The living area is 160 m² and is ideal for 2 to 6 people.
Cozy living room with air conditioning, heating, fireplace, reading corner, books and board games.
Dining room, independent kitchen.
3 bedrooms (2 air conditioned, with large fitted wardrobes), solid beds and comfortable mattresses.
A full bathroom with bath, toilet, 3 windows and sink on the first floor, a small shower room with toilet, sink and 2 windows next door.
Another shower in the basement.
Several terraces, brick barbecue, petanque, garage, parking for several cars.
The private pool with a large sun terrace is exclusively reserved for guests of the villa and is regularly cleaned and maintained by the pool service.
A flat and fully fenced plot of 1100 m², perfectly fitted for dogs, prevents your dog from leaving alone.
At 500 m you will find a new large Spar supermarket that will allow you to quickly walk to the baguette for breakfast (a wheeled shopping bag is available).
The nearest beach and a water sports center (water sports, surfing, diving, rowing, water skiing, sailing), is located 500 m.
There are also other beaches and shops in the center of the village about 800 meters, where there are restaurants, shops, bakeries, newsstand, post office, wine shop (Vinophil) with tasting, station service, pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, banks, market Monday to Friday, tourist office, Thalassotherapiehotel and boat connection to Saint-Tropez in high season. The trip takes about 30 minutes.
