- a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200)
- and a bathroom with bathtub and WC
• upstairs :
- a large mezzanine converted into a games room will allow you to challenge yourself around billiards or table football
For your greatest comfort, beds will be made upon your arrival and towels are provided.
On the outside, a 20-acre landscaped park with trees and a pétanque court (bowls available). You will also enjoy relaxing on the deckchairs in the shade of the umbrella pine.
The furnished terrace with garden furniture and barbecue promises good, friendly times.
Open garage for 3 cars and closed airlock to store bicycles, motorcycles, strollers.
Located along the Jules Grévy cycle route linking Dole to Mont-sous-Vaudrey, all you have to do is cross the courtyard and hop on the saddle!
Ideal for discovering Dole and its rich heritage, Arbois, renowned for its wines and Poligny, capital of the Comté (accessible in 20 minutes).
NOTE: this gîte can also be booked for 11 people but if you book the 4 person version you will of course be the only occupants.

Nous avons passé un court séjour chez Élodie. La maison est très spacieuse et très très bien équipée, avec sa décoration sobre et raffinée. Le plus, le billard bien apprécié.

"Parfait séjour au calme"
Superbe gîte au calme. Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette grande maison impeccable. Le gîte est très bien équipé, nous n'avons eu qu'à poser nos valises en arrivant. Tout est fourni : draps, serviettes de bain, café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, produits d'entretien... Un petit panier garni nous attendait même à notre arrivée. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le jardin avec boulodrome et cage de foot. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. Votre gîte est vraiment agréable.
