This villa benefits from a privileged location which will allow you to take full advantage of your stay with a completely fenced wooded plot with opening by electric gate and parking space for 3 cars.

This villa is designed to accommodate 8 people.

Living room consisting of a large living room of 100 m² overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, a library desk, a 140 cm widescreen television with unlimited internet access and reversible air conditioning.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen (induction hob on a central island, central hood, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American fridge as well as all the necessary kitchen essentials) open to the dining room. dining room as well as its bright living room overlooking nature which will allow you to savor delicious moments with your family.
For your comfort the whole house is air-conditioned.

3 large air-conditioned bedrooms of 16 m² with 160 cm bedding including 1 bedroom with television and 1 air-conditioned master bedroom with shower and washbasin.
1 large bathroom with a corner bath, a walk-in shower, double sinks and a large closet.
The 2 toilets are independent.

Exterior:
You will have direct access to the swimming pool where you will sit on the deckchairs and let yourself be lulled by the song of the cicadas.

In addition, you can relax in a private swimming pool with steps which is completely safe for children (bar cover to regulatory standards) dimensions 9 x 5 m, depth 1.50 m constant, without vis-à-vis.
The maintenance of the swimming pool as well as the mowing will be done by us on Saturday morning.
Games are available to you (petanque ball, ping pong, shutter racket...) as well as deckchairs, hammock and parasols.

You will also find everything you need for childcare (cot, bath recliner, potty, booster seat, etc.) as well as a few books and games.

The house is located on the edge of the forest with its marked trails which will allow you to take beautiful walks or bike rides as well as a tree climbing nearby (15 min walk from the house through the forest).
