Villa Margo is a stone town house of 85m², which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

It is independent, located at the bottom of a pleasant garden enclosed by 2m walls with a large south-facing terrace, in the city, 300 m from the XEAU swimming pool and wellness center in Cognac, cinemas , the Vertigo center (bowling, games for children, restaurant) and food shops.

The Atlantic beaches are about an hour from the house.

The banks of the Charente are less than 2 km from the house.

A magnificent 18-hole golf course in the vineyards is located in Saint-Brice, 5 km from the house.

Free parking in neighboring streets or in the enclosed courtyard. Bicycle shelter.

Linen is obligatorily provided with a contribution of €15 per double bed.
The optional contribution to the end-of-stay cleaning is €50.

Deposit of 50%€ to be paid 3 weeks before the start of the rental, supplement on arrival.
Free cancellation at least 2 weeks before the start of the rental.
For a late cancellation less than 14 days later, the deposit is retained.
A deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.

The tourist tax per day and per occupant (€1.10) will be invoiced and paid to the organization concerned
