Access to the house is private. The car park is sufficient for the parking of several vehicles.

The property has a total area of 40,000 m² (4 ha), enough to walk in the pines or in the 885 young oaks that compose it. If the sun allows it, you could contemplate the chain of the Pyrenees between the comings and goings of squirrels or the passages of deer ...

The Uby lake park is 2 km away: you can enjoy the 700 m² swimming pool, deckchairs, parasols, water games, the playground, picnics, boats. pedal boards, canoes, paddles, big paddles, ecliptical paddle boards.
