Villa Les Terrières is located in a quiet suburb of La Tranche-sur-Mer and is just under a kilometer walk from the incredible long sandy beach of Les Terrières - perfect for sunbathing, surfing , sand castles and walking.
This newly built holiday villa is within walking distance of a bakery, bar, restaurant and 5 minutes drive from the local supermarket.
The main town of La Tranche-sur-Mer is 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot, and here you'll find plenty of entertainment in the summer months - including weekly markets, street performers and bustling streets with restaurants and cafes, souvenir shops and ice cream parlours.

The villa was built in the year 2019/20 and was designed to a high specification - with holidaymakers in mind! There is a wonderful large sunny terraced balcony overlooking the heated swimming pool and another shaded terrace on the ground floor.

Parking: The villa is located in a quiet street and has private off-road parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

First Floor: You enter the house through the front door which leads to the first floor of the villa. Inside there is an open plan living/dining room and a modern fitted kitchen with views to the balcony and the forest beyond the garden. There is a double bedroom with a large adjoining bathroom on this floor as well.

Garden level: Downstairs on garden level there are three further bedrooms - a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a cot (if required). A separate shower room is also found on this floor. The double bedroom has patio doors leading onto the shaded terrace below the balcony. The washing machine and freezer are also on this floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably and there is a high chair for young children.

The living room has two elegant leather sofas and two armchairs, as well as a large flat screen TV, internet connection and access to the 10 by 4 meter balcony. This balcony is perfect for taking a sunbathing, relaxing and dining and has direct access to the garden level via an exterior metal staircase. There is a large dining table on the balcony, with a BBQ, comfortable chairs and parasols for some shade.

The 6 x 3.75 m swimming pool is open and heated from May to the end of September each year. There is a wooden patio below the balcony, providing a shaded terrace - ideal for taking a break from sunbathing! The pool is 110cm to 140cm deep and has a submerged bench seat at the shallow end. The surface of the garden is 210 m² in total.

The villa would also be suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there is a double bedroom, shower and toilet on the entrance level (however there would be a staircase or slope down to the garden level where there is the swimming pool (not suitable for wheelchair users)

All linens and towels (hand, bath and tea towels) are provided, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Villa Les Terrières is only 30 minutes by car from junction 32 of the A87 motorway. A car is necessary as public transport is limited.
You can also fly to Nantes or La Rochelle airport and rent a car.
