Passed on by my grandparents and after major restoration and modernization work in respect of the place, this large family home surrounded by an enclosed garden can accommodate up to 5 people, a pet is welcome.
Ideally located, close to the sea and its supervised beaches, as well as the fishing port, all activities can be carried out on foot or by bike
It is perfect for all families who want to go for a walk thanks to the cycle paths that line the Island of Oléron as a whole.
Come and discover the Island of LIGHT, which bears its name well, by putting down your suitcases at 14 avenue des pins in La Cotinière, La Villa les Flots and I are waiting for you there for a pleasant stay.

Out of respect for the environment, the house is equipped with a composter, a shopping basket allows you to go shopping without using plastic bags.
