Terrace with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool.
You have a 1000 m² plot of land, as well as a playground with sea view located 80 m from the house (swing, slide, games for children, ping-pong, pétanque basketball, football, etc.)
The owners live on the upper floor, and will be there to welcome you and advise you on outings and good restaurants...
