The house is in the heart of the village with its small shops (doctor, pharmacy, post office, restaurant, grocery store, bar, tobacconist, etc.)
The latter, built in 2019, has all the equipment necessary for your comfort such as air conditioning in all rooms, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 8 people.
The house is made up of three bedrooms in total: 2 bedrooms with double bed and adjoining shower room and a large master suite with its adjoining bathroom equipped with a balneotherapy bathtub.
You will also appreciate its large terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly its 7.5 x 4 m swimming pool with a flat bottom (with a whirlpool area on the stairs) and secured for children. The swimming pool is heated allowing swimming from April to November. The latter is for your exclusive use.
