The land is completely enclosed with a large courtyard for parking, the 5x10 swimming pool is secure in front of the veranda and a fully equipped summer kitchen.
You will live mainly outdoors since everything is suitable for enjoying around the swimming pool with numerous deckchairs in full sun or in the shade of the trees as well as a barbecue near the summer kitchen.
The caretaker is housed in an independent studio, his discreet presence allows permanent maintenance of the garden.
The villa is made up of 2 studio bedrooms, a master bedroom with a mezzanine including an additional 120 cm mattress and a double bedroom with a veranda, each with their own entrance.
Designed for 8 adults and 2 children but adaptable depending on the age of the children.
