Ideally located at the foot of the Rhune, in a green setting, 5 minutes from the Spanish border and its ventas, 10 minutes from Lake Saint-Pée and its Aquaparc, 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de- Luz and Socoa, 25 minutes from Bidart - Biarritz - Anglet - Bayonne, 45 minutes from San Sebastián.
The 165 m² villa is very comfortable and well equipped.
It accommodates between 8 and 10 people. and offers a large living-dining room, closed fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs + one on the ground floor) with 4 large beds (2 160 cm with quality bedding and 2 140 cm). A mezzanine with 2 90 cm beds, 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and the other on the ground floor.
2 separate WCs.

The large terrace overlooks the swimming pool.
A summer kitchen with gas plancha and barbecue, large parking lot with electric gate and videophone.
Family bean-shaped swimming pool with progressive landing, size 9.5 x 6 m, security alarm, deckchairs provided for each holidaymaker.

Private bowling alley at the bottom of the garden with boules available for adults and children.
