It can accommodate 9 people (6 adults and 3 children max) and includes: a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace (with table for 8 persons), a spacious living room, a dining room with access to the second terrace (with another table + chairs), a TV corner, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (one with airco), a large garage, a secure swimming pool and a garden.
The house also has WiFi, a TV connection (2 TV screens) and Google Chromecast. We also have a baby chair, bed and bath seat. Several garden relax chairs are at your disposal.
The property is located at the foot of the Regional Natural Park of Haut-Languedoc, surrounded by vineyards, lakes, forests, gorges, ...
Ideal for nature lovers and lovers of sports holidays.
At 500m from your holiday home, on the banks of the Orb, begin magnificent walks marked out in the nature. There are also a lot of mountain bike and bike tracks in the region. Lake Salagou (25 km), surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape of red volcanic land, invites for long walks or a refreshing dive.
In an hour drive, you are at the sea where you can enjoy several kilometers of sandy beaches.
Culture lovers will also have a wide choice of destinations in Languedoc, with the historic city of Beziers 40 km and Montpellier within 80 km.
The famous picturesque villages of Pézenas, Roquebrun and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert are less than an hour away.
In fifteen minutes, you will find yourself in the majestic spa town of Lamalou-les-Bains, famous for its 13th century baths.
Excursions to Millau, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Toulouse, Nîmes and Avignon are also possible.

"Super séjour"
Bonjour, nous avons passé un super séjour dans le ce gîte.
Rien à dire de spécial à part que pour 9, un frigo c'est un peu juste.
La piscine est géniale, nous nous en avons bien profité.
La terrasse à l'avant est vraiment bien et pratique avec la cuisine tout près, rien de mieux.
Gîte que je recommande sans souci.

"Een voortreffelijk verblijf!"
Wij hebben in de periode van 18 juli t/m 1 augustus onze vakantie gevierd in het mooie verblijf La Rosalie in La Tour sur Orb. Wij zijn goed ontvangen en voelde ons gelijk thuis. Wij waren met twee jonge gezinnen. De villa voldeed compleet aan onze verwachtingen. De accommodatie heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt en meer óf was van te voren nog aangeschaft en rekening mee gehouden (nieuwe kinderstoel, zwembadje, babybadje, matrasje, voorzorgsmaatregelen ivm hygiëne Corona etc.). Het keukengerei was kwalitatief erg goed en het interieur comfortabel. De veiligheid van onze kinderen staat voorop, de tuin en het zwembad zijn volledig omheind. De stek schept veel privacy, absoluut een pré met 2 gezinnen. De Wifi werkte goed in het gehele huis en buiten. Er waren verschillende zithoekjes en plekjes zowel buiten als binnen. Kortom wij kunnen deze accommodatie warm aanbevelen. Zeker een aanrader!

"fantastisch verblijf"
het is een fijn familie verblijf, alles maar dan ook alles is aanwezig, er is aan de kleinste details gedacht. Het huis is perfect voor jonge gezinnen met kleine kinderen ook daar is alles voor aanwezig, En ook werd aan de veiligheid gedacht Ook is het perfect voor gezinnen met oudere kinderen, WIFI is sterk aanwezig. We hebben genoten van ons ontbijt op het terras achteraan en de andere maaltijden op het terras vooraan. Het is een perfecte uitvalshoek om de omgeving te verkennen. Een echte aanrader
