1) It is possible to smoke outside the accommodation but not inside. All cigarette butts need to be thrown in a ashtray which is available at he house.
2) Travelers must be respectful of the neighborhood, the garden, the furniture and the equipment made available to them. Any broken equipment must be reported and refunded.
3) The use of the spa is only available upon prior request to the owner. The maximum capacity is 5 people. It is necessary to supervise young children when they are near or inside the spa. The use and maintenance in good condition of the spa is the only responsibility of the user.
