With family or friends, rest assured. ALL-INCLUSIVE VILLA... Located at the immediate entrance to Royan (2.4 km from the center) while being quiet in a dead end street.
Interior layout: - Large living room / kitchen / lounge. - Back kitchen/pantry/laundry. - Dressing room. - Desk. - 4 bedrooms:
three bedrooms with two 90 x 200 beds (can be twinned into 180), one bedroom with a 180 bed and its bathroom.
Possibility of 2 extra beds (80 x 200) at no extra charge. - An independent bathroom. - A second bathroom
independent with WC. - 2 independent toilets. - Private heated swimming pool, accessible from inside the house or from the outside. Open from April to October, 9 m x 3.5 m, depth 1.5 m.
