Located in a very quiet residential area of the village of Sauzelle, 3 minutes from the beach of La Gautrelle, our single-storey villa welcomes you to a world of comfort and quality on 155 m² and a beautiful equipped garden (American barbecue, deckchair, outdoor games for children, outdoor shower, etc. on 450 m².
In the center, a tropical-looking landscaped patio, an outdoor living space for conviviality and relaxation: a bioclimatic pergola, an outdoor lounge, a large modular table for 6 to 12 guests.
Inside, a spacious living room (50 m²) and its home cinema area with an XXL flat screen TV, an open and modern kitchen with scullery. The 5 bedrooms (14 and 16 m²) including a master suite, all have their own universe, a closet and a shower room with toilets.
WiFi throughout the house, an office area to isolate yourself, baby equipment, bicycles for young and old with the cycle path at the end of the impasse, the baker and La Presse less than 200 meters away, the city center from Saint-Pierre at 5' … and especially the sea in direct proximity (3' by car, 10' by bike and 25' on foot)!
From 2 to 12 people, three formulas are available to you to make the most of your stay.
