Come and enjoy a stay by the sea in the 90 m² villa "Rêves des Oceans" (freshly renovated in 2020) on the ground floor on the Gâvres peninsula.

The villa is located 2 steps from the beach.

You can enjoy its terrace with garden furniture and outdoor barbecue, as well as its jacuzzi.

The villa is composed as follows:
- entrance opening onto the open and fully equipped kitchen
- a large bathroom with toilet
- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed
- a bedroom with 140cm double bed and bay window opening onto the terrace
- very well equipped kitchen
- living room (between kitchen and living room)
- living room with sofa bed and television

At your disposal :
- 40 m² outdoor terrace, garden furniture and gas barbecue
- its outdoor Spa
- duvets and pillows
- sheets and towels washed in laundromat
- washing machine, iron and ironing board
- hair dryer
- cot and children's crockery
- salt and pepper

Each room is equipped with a TV.

The end-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility, we offer you the possibility of doing it for you. This service will cost you € 60.
A deposit of 900 € will be requested upon arrival.

The arrival of animals will be done only on request.
The villa is absolutely non-smoking.
