Villa Artemia is located in a residential area and from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 22.00 to 9.00 there is silence. In case of problems complained by neighbors or law enforcement agencies (which have already occurred a few times with groups of children), the property may request the immediate evacuation of the Villa and the relative payment of the entire stay, even if not enjoyed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
