Motorcyclists welcome Rental villa 30 in Saint Trojan les Bains (Ile d'Oleron), seaside resort classified. Ideally located between the seaside and the pine forest, 500 meters from the pedestrian street, I rent a character house completely renovated by architect on large garden in residential area.
On the ground floor : fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace of 20 m² located at the back of the house overlooking a beautiful oak centenary, living room overlooking a second terrace forest view, 2 bedrooms with beds 140 and storage, toilets, bathroom.
Upstairs : a huge loft room (with a small living room 30’ and a desk) with a beautiful view, bed 140. Large cellar with washing machine.
Numerous facilities (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (accepts Espresso OR capsules), toaster, Weber barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, large trampoline installed in the garden behind the house from May to November, games and children's books , badminton set, bowling, …) Linens provided.
Sociable and educated animals allowed.
Nearby : farmers market, shops, casino, sailing club, equestrian center, sea trips, many bike paths and of course beautiful beaches.
