It is made up of two spacious bedrooms (double beds) equipped with ceiling fans as well as air conditioning for the other living spaces.
It has an equipped kitchen.
The WC is independent of the bathroom which includes a walk-in shower.
You can enjoy the garden away from prying eyes as well as a large shaded terrace. A barbecue is at your disposal as well as two deckchairs.
Two bicycles are also loaned to you.
You can do everything on foot or by bike: go to the beach, go to local shops (bakery, butcher, etc.), the supermarket, the restaurant.
You have the possibility to park in the courtyard of the house or in the street at the back of the house (free spaces).
You will have access to part of the garage to be able to use the washing machine. It is not possible to park a vehicle in the garage.
If you wish to visit the region: Côte Vermeille: 30 min; Perpignan: 10 mins; Spain: 45 min.
For lovers of hiking or mountain biking, the Albères massif and its many trails should delight you. You can also cross Perpignan and discover the numerous nature reserves and the Catalan Pyrenees natural park. Numerous cultural visits in the region. You choose !
