Villa of 100 m², 3 bedrooms, for 7 to 8 people, with terrace, fenced garden and private parking located in Doussard, on the banks of Lake Annecy and close to all amenities.
We also have a studio in Doussard for 2 to 4 people, facing the paragliding landing.

The villa includes:
- 3 bedrooms * 2 double beds, 2 single beds that can be pushed together and a convertible sofa
- bathroom with Italian shower + 2 separate toilets (one on the ground floor and one upstairs)
- terrace with table and chairs, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower
- fenced garden to let your children or your pet play
- storage area for bicycles, skis, etc.
We accept up to 8 people maximum, adults and children combined.
The villa is 300 meters from the cycle path, 1 km from the paraglider landing, 2 km from the beach, 18 km from Annecy center, 20 minutes from the ski resorts… (Megève, La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand in 35 minutes by car).
On the garden level, there is a large living room opening onto the terrace and the garden, a garage-laundry-storage room and a WC with hand basin.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and a separate toilet.
