Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.

Please note that guests are to wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher and bins prior to check-out.

Guests are to hand the keys back to either the property owners or their representative in person at the agreed check-out time. For late check-out of more than 30-minutes, an additional fee of EUR 100 will be charged. For delays of over two hours, the property owner will change the locks.

All expenses related to cleaning to property and removing belongings will be at the guest’s expense. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that the property is left in the same condition it was found in. Guests will be charged for any damages or breakages to the furniture or equipment.

Please note that the property is not equipped to welcome guests with reduced mobility.

The swimming pool is heated from April to October.

Please note that unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay in the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
