Spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in a private and secure residence, with swimming pool and parking for one car.
The town of Armação de Pêra has a central position in the Algarve, which makes it possible to explore the region, on the coast or inland, from the tip of Sagres to Spain.
The apartment is located near the beach (500m), the shops of the historic town center (300m) and a Pingo Doce supermarket (350m). The apartment is sunny all day (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
Inside, an entrance hall gives access to the other rooms: the bedrooms, the kitchen and the dining/living room of around 40m². Hanging fans are available in each bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing machine is also available.
We also provide childcare equipment: folding cot, changing table, high chair, cane stroller with umbrella and rain protection, beach games for babies and young children.
Neither the residence nor the apartment are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

From the N125, head towards Armação de Pêra from Alcantarilha. When entering the town, go straight at the 1st roundabout (with the entrance to the municipal campsite of Armação de Pêra.
At the 2nd roundabout, turn left (3rd exit). You walk along the residence. The entrance to Lot 4 is at the corner of the first intersection. You are there! Park.
