Tables, chairs and crockery for 30 people and sheets/towels for 20 beds (beds, sofa bed and extra beds). Magnificent DOUBLE walk-in shower with 2 independent taps.

Brand new sound equipment: 3 JBL charge 5 speakers connected: (to be limited to 85 db). Respect for the neighborhood required by playing music inside the Villa with doors and windows closed (and only in the background, such as a reception on the terrace). The site says “party allowed” but with this “contained” music. No other sound equipment is permitted.
Capacity limited to approximately 30/35 people accommodated and 20 in beds. 6 bedrooms including 1 adjoining 1 other.
3 options: outdoor jacuzzi (150€), 8 standing tables with tablecloth and dry cleaning (150€), 18 m² arbor installed by us (150€)
