Villa Stephano welcomes you in a Quercy stone house, semi-buried, located in the countryside, on a hill, dating from 1850, sleeps 20, equipped with a large swimming pool of 13.70 m / 5.50 m, on the middle of 2.5 hectares of private land, a very pretty view, without close neighbors.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends or for a birthday, a cousin, EVJF, EVJH, celebrations respectful of the location.
Equipment for 20 people.

A dining room that you can convert into a dancing room including two 10-seater wooden tables, pre-installed lights and a high-performance sound system, wood stove for the winter, wood provided for the main room, musical piano, video projector, screen and table football.
A 24 m² wooden terrace, facing south, view of nature, table for ten people.

A covered terrace to the north with the swimming pool, trampoline, two large tables with 20 chairs, plancha, barbecue, 6 sun loungers, pétanque balls, ping-pong table in the parking lot, a lounge.

Located 80 km north of Toulouse, 1h15 max
Cahors 40 min, Agen 50 min and Montauban 30 min
Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bistro... 6 minutes by car in Lauzerte.

Without supply of household linen and swimming pool (unheated) provide your sheets, towels, tea towels and consumables, duvets are not allowed.

The house must be left clean as you will find it when you arrive, all the equipment is provided as well as the products.

July and August, weekly rental, 16 people maximum, no weekend rental during this period except the first two weekends of July and possibly end of August.

Two nights minimum for weekends, three nights minimum for weekends preceded or followed by a public holiday.
I do not accept more than 20 people, even in tents or mattresses on the ground.

PS: the house changes every year so the photos are no longer up to date, a shower has replaced the beautiful bathtub, the sofa has been changed, the garden furniture has been replaced by two large tables, a new bathroom in sight day as well as a laundry room and other small details.
