Wandelpaden Fietspad HengelsportLocated on the banks of the Charente River in the beautiful village of Saint-Simeux known for its ancient eel fisheries (ESSACS) and its magnificent panoramas, this 15 m² tiny house will allow you to rest after your day of cycling or hiking. a short stay for a family visit or to visit the region.
You will find everything you need in this small, unusual single-storey accommodation - It has:
-A bedroom with new bedding of 140
-A bathroom with hot water, 80 cm shower
-A kitchen area with fridge-freezer, microwave.
-Dry toilets without leaving the accommodation.
-A low mezzanine which can be used as a reading space or to admire the sunsets or the stars.
- The Charente River is 800 m away with swimming and fishing areas. You can practice canoeing, many hiking trails are on our doorstep.
- We are on the FLOW-VELO route.
- Several restaurants are nearby.
- The tiny house does not have a television.
- a breakfast basket will be offered to you for the first night.
- For more space, we also have a small gîte and 2 guest rooms - See the 2 other advertisements at the top of the page.
