Nestled in an 8-hectare wooded park, a haven of unspoiled nature, the typical character villa of Lot-et-Garonne and its 18th century dovecote welcome you in gites and guest rooms all year round, and can be rented in their together in July and August.
With a capacity of 12 people, Terramaïa offers 5 bedrooms with 2 or 3 places, each with its private bathroom, a main room of 80 m², a fully equipped kitchen, and numerous cocoon relaxation areas, including an arbor near the swimming pool and a mezzanine with TV.
The swimming pool, the permaculture garden, the stables, as well as many other facets of the park, complete the range of charm of this privileged environment.
The nearest village, Laroque-Timbaut, 3 km away, offers basic shops and services.
There are also nearby equestrian centres, several historical sites, numerous country houses, caves, an animal park, an amusement park and the Camino de Compostela just ten kilometers away.
