Apartment located in a completely renovated former guest house.
Ideally located, right in the center and quiet.
All the center and the shops within walking distance, the house is located next to the church of the Templars.
The apartment consists of a living room (living room/kitchen) which separates the two bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed with its adjoining shower room/wc. In the second bedroom, there is a toilet and the shower is in the bedroom.
The apartment has a balcony which gives direct access to the terrace of the house.
The beautiful sunny terrace of the house is common to all tenants. (3 other apartments for rent as well as 4 single rooms) It is located at the back of the house.
