Independent access for this 36m2 flat located on the first floor of a private house.
You are close to the coastal paths, the GR34 hiking trail (50 m) and the beaches (150 m).
A 12 mn walk will take you to the town centre (shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques...), the port and the pier (departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène).
This accommodation, totally renovated in 2019, will seduce you with its practical, modern and warm layout.
The fitted and equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine) opens onto the living room (table, chairs, comfortable armchairs).
The bedroom (double bed), the bathroom (shower and washbasin) and the WC are separate and independent.
Water is included in your rental contract.
Electricity :
- during the summer period (1st May to 30th September) a fixed price of 100 Kwh/week is offered to you, then actual consumption at the rate of 0.20 euros/Kwh
- in the winter period (1st October to 30th April) actual consumption at the rate of 0.20 euros/Kwh
Only one small animal will be accepted on the rental, please ask for it when you book.
Optional: sheets at 24 euros per set, towels at 12 euros per set (one large, one medium towel and one flannel), final cleaning at 90 euros.
COVID 19: in case of confinement, we guarantee a 100% refund.
