Located in a green setting, in the popular district of Valescure, the apartment is located on the garden level of our villa. It has been completely renovated with a totally independent entrance.

It is a 5-minute drive from a small shopping centre (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc.). For golf enthusiasts, two courses are 3 km away and for nature lovers, the Esterel is a 15-minute walk away. The beaches of Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus are 15 minutes away by car.

The apartment is for 2 adults. I provide a cot.
It consists of:
- a large equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.)
- a living room with its 140 cm flat screen
- A large bedroom with comfortable 160 cm bedding
- a double washbasin shower room and large walk-in shower
- a beautiful terrace without vis-à-vis with table and 4 garden chairs, and two deckchairs
It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and free parking outside the house.
the cleaning fee is 65 €
Due to the new character, the house is non-smoking and unfortunately we cannot accept animals for hygiene reasons.

DETAILS ON THE TOURIST TAX
An additional tax of 10% to the tourist tax was established by deliberation for the benefit of the Var departmental council.
The additional tax for the benefit of the Société de la Ligne Nouvelle Provence Côte d'Azur applies in all the municipalities located in the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Var and the Alpes-Maritimes where an actual or flat-rate tourist tax has been instituted. It increases the rates fixed by deliberation by 34% and is added to the additional departmental tax.

The additional tax is established and collected according to the same methods as the actual or fixed tourist tax to which it is added.

It is levied on the territory where it applies by the municipalities and the public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation which collect the tax and pay it to the beneficiaries.
