It is located 200 meters from the beach and the maritime shuttle connecting Fort-de-France in 20 min.
The loggia, a real living space on which the kitchenette is located, faces the bay of Fort-de-France, without vis-à-vis.
It is equipped with a blind, an electrically controlled roller shutter and an air fan.
The apartment is air conditioned, equipped with a 140 bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large closet with sliding doors, a low cabinet, a flat screen TV of 80cm and an internet box.
It is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, compact oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.
The residence is located 100 m from a bakery, 200 m from a food store and 600 m from the Creole village of Pointe-du-Bout with its Marina, Casino, restaurants, entertainment and all the commodities.
The town of Trois-Ilets is ideally located for exploring the island, as well as for golf and water sports.

"PARFAIT"
Nous avons séjourné 15j dans cette location qui est vraiment fidèle aux photos de l'annonce. On s'y sent comme chez nous, c'est très bien équipé, c'est propre, la résidence est très calme et la vue est vraiment magnifique! Nous recommandons++++ De plus M. Gratecap est très réactif lorsque nous avons une question. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Agréable logement pour un couple. vue sur la baie de Ford de France, vue mer top au réveil. Tout peut se faire à pieds (boulangerie, restaurant, casino, épicerie activités nautiques, plongée etc...) Très bon emplacement pour découvrir la Martinique 😊. Merci au propriétaire et a Marie pour son accueil. Je vous recommande ce logement "pour vos vacances"
